1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item you received is defective or incorrect. All sales are final.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed. Please double-check your sizing, address, and payment information before checking out.
3. How long does shipping take?

Please note that shipping delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you do not receive tracking info within 7 business days, contact us at [Freestylefashions.co@gmail.com].
6. What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as “delivered.”
7. Do you offer custom sizing or bulk orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing. For wholesale or bulk order inquiries, please contact [Freestylefashions.co@gmail.com] with your request and details.
